Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native recruitment specialist to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them regularly, and support them through questionnaires and status updates, ensuring data accuracy and timely responses.

You will also handle outreach, follow-up calls, and translations as needed, collaborating with a diverse, multinational team.

Qualifications

• French native is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation.
• Ensure participation rates with diverse communication channels and arguments.
