IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, build a stable panel, and engage participants to complete questionnaires for market research studies.

You will establish trust with Healthcare Professionals, manage follow-ups, and maintain up-to-date records. A background in multinational environments, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
