Job summary

French native speakers are required, with good English for trainings and internal communications. The position focuses on inviting doctors to participate, tracking responses, and ensuring high participation rates across the panel.

Qualifications

• French native language required; FR fluency preferred.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Clear and professional telephone and email communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle data and follow-up tasks.
• Experience in multinational corporations is advantageous.
• Occasional translation/documentation tasks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation to build engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets through multiple communication channels.
