Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French-native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will engage participants, maintain relationships, and ensure timely completion of questionnaires.

The role requires calling doctors to invite them to studies, following up to maximize participation, and maintaining accurate records. Fluency in French and strong English, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
