Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French-speaking professionals to recruit doctors for a market research panel. You will establish trust and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, inviting them to studies and following up on questionnaire completion.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and experience in multinational environments. The position is full-time at our Madrid Production Hub, offering diverse interactions and opportunities to contribute to global health

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
