Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. You will handle calls through our CRM agent portal, create quotations and orders via SAP, and communicate delivery times to customers.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English, holds a high school diploma, shows an interest in tech, and has strong customer‑oriented communication. Prior contact centre experience helps, but is not mandatory; training and career development are provided.
