Axalta is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Asturias facility. You will act as the primary interface for external customers, distributors, potential customers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include processing orders (including complex ones), tracking product availability and lead times, coordinating with the sales team and back office, handling credit issues and returns, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Spanish is beneficial since based in Spain.
• Experience in customer service or supply chain within an international company.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex orders.
• Actively monitors open orders, product availability, and lead-time developments.
• Interacts with business team, sales, and back office to meet customer requirements.
• Understands cash collection processes and handles credit issues with customers.
• Follows policies in compliance with SOX, ISO, and other requirements.
• Processes customer service and product complaints and returns.
