Concentrix in Malaga (Hybrid) is seeking a Renewal Specialist to lead the renewals cycle, nurture client relationships, and drive cloud-based solution opportunities. You will engage SMBs, leverage BANT, and collaborate with Solution Specialists to maximize upsell and cross-sell.

We offer a full-time contract, a base salary of €25,000 gross per year plus up to €4,000 gross yearly bonus, private medical insurance, and a hybrid office with training and career development.

Aufgaben

• Act as Primary point of contact for customer during renewals, building trust and Microsoft relationship.
• Turn renewal leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline using BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline).
• Engage with SMBs to identify needs and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand current Microsoft license position and promote cloud technologies for customer wins.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure renewal closes on time.
