Concentrix in Malaga is seeking a Renewal Specialist to drive the renewals cycle for Microsoft cloud solutions, nurturing relationships and turning leads into opportunities in a hybrid work setting.

You will coordinate with PCM/TCM/CE, engage SMBs, and leverage Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 expertise. English and Arabic required; 2+ years sales experience. Great training, benefits, and career development opportunities are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in Arabic and advanced English.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and passion for cloud technologies.
• General knowledge of the IT industry and ability to learn products quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary point of contact for customers during renewals, building trust and long-term Microsoft relationships.
• Turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue using BANT criteria.
• Engage with SMBs to identify needs and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand customers' Microsoft license position and drive cloud-based wins in collaboration with specialists.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure renewals close on time.
