Accenture España is seeking a French-speaking Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformations across Europe. You will prepare client deliverables, design training materials, and coordinate change champion networks while collaborating with business, HR, and IT teams in multinational settings.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) with national and international travel as needed, requiring fluent French and English and a proactive, collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create professional presentations and materials.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based and international environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools; exposure to AI tools is a strong asset.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and project documentation.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support project governance, reporting, action logs, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with business, HR, technology, and project teams in multicultural environments.
• Conduct research, analyze stakeholder feedback, and identify adoption risks and opportunities.
• Assist in tracking communication, training, and adoption metrics.
• Contribute to proposal development, internal initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
