Accenture is expanding its Talent & Organization Center of Excellence in Spain and seeks a French-speaking Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformations for international clients. You will work with business, technology, and delivery teams to prepare for change, engage stakeholders, and accelerate adoption through training, communications, and readiness strategies.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, fluency in French and English, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create professional presentations and communication materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based and international environments.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools; exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a strong asset.
• Analytical skills to measure adoption and business readiness; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory. Spanish or any other language is a plus.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally when required.

Functions

Work Modality

Candidates must reside in Spain and have the legal authorization to work in Spain.
