Accenture is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead HR transformation and organizational change programs in Iberia. You will drive client engagements, oversee multi-workstream initiatives, and shape solutions that align with business goals while mentoring junior colleagues.

In Iberia, you will develop proposals, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to growth. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of another language (Catalan for Barcelona) is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in at least one other language.
• For Barcelona positions, proficiency in Catalan is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Experience with analytics is an asset.
• Advanced functional knowledge of HR tech solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.

• Lead transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
• Manage client relationships, understand challenges, and shape tailored solutions.
• Oversee execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Design and implement interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness using Accenture assets.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop engagement strategies.
• Develop transformation roadmaps including communication strategies and training programs.
• Measure intervention effectiveness using data-driven approaches and storytelling.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and developing proposals.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster high performance.
