Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants and following up on their questionnaire completion.

You will communicate via calls and emails to maximize participation and ensure updated healthcare professional information. The role emphasizes trustful relationships, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
