IQVIA is recruiting an enthusiastic French-speaking specialist to help build a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them regularly, and maintain updated records while assisting with questionnaires.

Strong communication will be key in following up and ensuring high participation. You should be a native French speaker with good English, meticulous, organized, and comfortable working in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
