Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging them through recruitment and regular follow-ups to ensure participation.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to boost response rates, and use multiple channels to achieve target participation. The role emphasizes diversity, integrity, and professional communication in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills; experience in multinational companies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
