Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our production hub. You will build a pool of doctors for market research studies and engage them to participate regularly. You will maintain relationships and support follow-ups to ensure questionnaire completion.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, initiate follow-ups, and drive participation rates. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
