Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies in Madrid. You will recruit doctors, follow up on participation, and engage panelists to maximize response rates across calls and emails.

The role requires a French native speaker with good English, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Experience in multinational settings and capabilities in documentation and translations are a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
