SumUp is seeking a Team Lead Account Manager to steer a high-performing group of Account Managers responsible for retention and revenue growth among small merchants. You will shape engagement strategies, coach the team, and drive commercial conversations with merchants to unlock value.

You will work with leadership across Sales, Support and Product to standardize processes, scale operations and ensure consistent activation.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large account teams.
• Strong track record in retention and revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Data-driven with KPI and portfolio performance focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers.
• Drive net revenue growth, retention and upsell KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Product to improve merchant experience.
