Recruit4Work Sl is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our French clients with questions, claims, and service updates. You’ll answer calls and emails, ensuring the best possible experience and timely resolutions. You’ll record data accurately and apply cross-selling techniques where appropriate.

The role offers 100% remote or hybrid setup (if you live in Madrid). A competitive salary with performance bonuses is available, along with 26 + 7 vacation days and all equipment provided.

Formación

• Fluent in French (mandatory).
• English and Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• 1 year in customer service preferred.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable & stress-resistant.
