Talent Search People in Spain is seeking a native French speaker for a 100% remote customer service and telesales role. You will handle inbound French calls, register appliances, explain warranties, and promote insurances while working from anywhere in Spain.

Key requirements include native French (other European languages a plus), 1 year of telesales/CS experience, and strong communication and sales skills.

Formación

• Native French required.
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales/telemarketing or customer service.
• Strong commercial profile with sales techniques and ability to handle objections.

Responsabilidades

• Register appliances by capturing details and confirming registration.

Do you speak French? Are you looking for a 100% remote position to work from anywhere in Spain? If you like sales and customer service environments this is your offer!We are looking for French native speakers that want to start a new challenging and stable project with an international company.

What will you do?

• You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
• Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
• Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it's done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.

Who we look for

• French Native + good to have other European languages
• At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
• The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
• The agent should also have strong customer service skills, be used to working with targets and changes in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
