Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-native speakers to recruit doctors and build a stable panel for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub office. You will engage healthcare professionals, maintain up-to-date records, and handle follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion and status.

In addition to recruiting, you will contact doctors to invite them to studies and manage ongoing communication to maximize participation.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is advantageous.
• Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and some translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using various channels and arguments.
