IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-native speaker to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and maintain up-to-date contact records as part of our healthcare insights work.

You will contact physicians, manage follow-ups, and support translations and documentation as needed. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, plus experience in multinational environments.

Formación

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
