IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build a stable panel of doctors in Madrid. You will invite doctors to join market research studies, maintain contact, and follow up on questionnaires.

You’ll manage engagement, respond to queries, and update healthcare professional records while collaborating with a diverse, multinational team. The role requires native French, proficient English, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and analytical mindset.

Formación

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical mindset.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and manage engagement for participation.
• Call doctors to invite to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
