Job summary

IQVIA Madrid is seeking a French-speaking Recruitment Specialist to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, and manage follow-ups to maximize participation.

The role requires French native fluency, good English, strong organization, and professional communication by phone and email. Experience with multinational environments is a plus. This is a full-time position in Madrid.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
