IQVIA is seeking a French-native recruiter to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will engage doctors, invite them to participate, and conduct follow-up conversations to ensure timely questionnaire completion.

Your role involves maintaining updated healthcare professional records, addressing queries, and supporting translations and documentation as needed in a diverse, dynamic team environment.

Competenze

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
