IQVIA in Madrid is seeking an energetic French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and manage a stable doctor panel for market research studies. You will engage doctors, invite them to studies, and maintain trustful relationships to ensure active participation.

You'll handle follow-up communications, keep healthcare professional data up to date, and assist with queries. Fluency in French and good English are required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Duties may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctors' engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
