Job summary

fonio seeks a Junior Customer Success Manager for Activation in France, Spain and Italy to take new customers from sign‑up to live activation of their AI phone assistant. You will own the early onboarding, configure prompts, knowledge bases, and integrations, and conduct setup calls across three markets.

You’ll learn the platform, support diverse clients, and advance toward CS or deployment paths, with onsite work in Barcelona and a lively team culture.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, support, CS, sales, hospitality or customer service) or a strong graduate profile.
• Native or C2 level in at least two of Spanish, Italian and French, and at least B2 in the third.
• Fluent English is required.
• Basic technical skills and curiosity about how things work; comfortable with no-code/automation tools and webhooks/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding calls with customers in France, Spain and Italy, in their language, and set up their AI assistant with them.
• Translate each customer’s business into a working setup: prompt, knowledge base, call transfers, notifications and integrations.
• Test and fine‑tune assistants until they’re ready to go live.
• Help customers connect their phone system and get call forwarding running.
• Follow up with customers who signed but aren’t active yet.
• Become a power user of the platform and learn feature setups for different use cases.
