IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of our doctor panel recruitment for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, maintain relationships, and engage participants across multiple channels to ensure robust participation and high-quality data.

The role involves following up with panelists, coordinating communications, and leveraging English for trainings and internal meetings. Multinational experience is a plus in our diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
