IQVIA Madrid is seeking an enthusiastic team of French native speakers to join our Production Hub office. Your main focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel for market research studies. You will engage participants and maintain up-to-date information while assisting with queries.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, initiate follow-ups to maximise participation, and use multiple channels to meet quotas. IQVIA champions diversity as a core principle.

Qualificações

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different channels.
