Job summary

Sesame HR is expanding in France from its Barcelona hub. This role will be the second person dedicated to France, reporting to the French Market Manager. You will own the full sales cycle for smaller accounts, with a focus on localization, partnerships, and strategic projects, while leveraging AI to optimize outreach and analysis.

We value multilingual communication, startup experience, and a proactive mindset. The position offers a hybrid setup between our Barcelona office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on sales experience required.
• Fluent French; good English or Spanish required.
• Knowledge of modern sales stack: HubSpot, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Build and close pipeline for French targets.
• Own full sales cycle for smaller accounts: discovery, demo, closing.
• Localization of content and assets for the French market.
• Identify partnerships and events; conduct market research.
• Leverage AI daily in prospecting, content, and analysis; test and propose ideas.
