ADM Value Barcelona is seeking a French & English Technical Support Agent to join our Barcelona team, delivering first-level support to an international client in the Internet & Technology sector.

The role requires native or fluent French and fluent English, plus a CCNA 1 certification or equivalent networking knowledge. You will handle basic troubleshooting, follow guidelines, and escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Native or fluent French at C1/C2 level.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• CCNA 1 certification or equivalent basic Cisco networking knowledge.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network connectivity, routers and switches, and basic troubleshooting.

• Provide first-level customer and technical support to users.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer and technical support to users.
• Assist customers with basic questions and issues related to internet services.

• Collect the necessary information to understand and resolve incidents.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Keep customer information and incident records accurately updated.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service in French and English.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the support process.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Native or fluent French - C1/C2 level.
• Fluent English - minimum C1 level.
• CCNA 1 certification or equivalent basic Cisco networking knowledge.
• Basic understanding of:
