ADM Value Barcelona is seeking a French & English Technical Support Agent to join our Barcelona team. You will provide first-level support to an international client in the Internet & Technology industry, combining strong communication with a basic networking background.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, information gathering, and clear explanations for non-technical users, with opportunities to advance in IT support and develop Cisco-related skills such as CCNA 1.

Formación

• Native or fluent French – C1/C2 level.
• Fluent English – minimum C1 level.
• CCNA 1 certification or equivalent basic Cisco networking knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level customer and technical support to users.
• Assist customers with basic questions and issues related to internet services.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic connectivity and technical problems.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and technical guidelines.
• Collect the necessary information to understand and resolve incidents.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Keep customer information and incident records accurately updated.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service in French and English.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the support process.

We are looking for a French & English Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona and provide first-level support for an international client in the Internet & Technology industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong communication skills with a basic technical/networking background and would like to develop their career in IT support.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer and technical support to users.
• Assist customers with basic questions and issues related to internet services.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Native or fluent French – C1/C2 level.
• Fluent English – minimum C1 level.
• CCNA 1 certification or equivalent basic Cisco networking knowledge.
• Basic understanding of:

TCP/IP

LAN/WAN

Network connectivity

Routers and switches

Basic troubleshooting

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or a contact centre is a plus.
