Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fraud Activity Agent to join our on-site team, helping to investigate suspicious fraud, collect documentation, and support clients with timely case resolution.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will work with CRM and other tools in a full-time, on-site role with rotating shifts and a competitive bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluency or bilingual ability in French and advanced English.
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, and adaptability.
• Advanced customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex, non-standard issues.
• Clear root-cause analysis and insights.

Responsibilities

• Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or refute fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods, with timely follow-up and resolution.
• De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.
