Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Fraud Activity Agent (German-speaking) in Barcelona (on-site) to investigate and verify fraud cases, collect customer documentation, and manage cases within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in German with advanced English.
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, and adaptability.
• Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Fraud Investigation & Verification.
• Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following procedures.
