Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Fraud Activity Agent (Spanish-speaking) for an onsite role in Barcelona. You will investigate fraud cases, verify customer documents, and manage cases within set timelines to ensure timely resolution.

The position requires bilingual Spanish and English abilities and offers full-time hours with a permanent contract. The role includes scripts, macros, and tools to support investigations, plus comprehensive training and career development opportunities at a large global tech

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and solving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Fraud Investigation & Verification – Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
• Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• De‑escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.
