Approach People Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative to support the expansion of its franchise network across Spain and Italy. You will identify, qualify, and convert new franchise partners, guiding them through evaluation and decision-making with a consultative approach.

The role involves inbound enquiries, discovery calls, presentations, and travel to events, with a focus on building lasting relationships and hitting franchise sales targets.

Formación

• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Experience in B2B sales and franchise sales is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound franchise enquiries from Spain and Italy.
• Conduct discovery calls and online presentations with prospects.
• Build relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales process.
• Assess candidates against franchise criteria and guide investment decisions.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Travel occasionally within Spain and Italy for events and meetings.
