Insight in Madrid is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Spain to support the execution of regional marketing strategies across Italy and Spain. This role will drive lead generation and brand awareness, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing, demand generation, and budget management, alongside being native in Spanish and fluent in English. Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
• Strong background in demand generation and campaign execution.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI-focused decisions.
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders at different levels.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of regional marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and deliver demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline.
• Partner closely with the local Sales team to ensure strong alignment.
• Recommend and execute effective marketing mix strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
