Job summary

KellyDeli Group in Madrid (Spain) is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to identify and recruit franchise partners and support their induction. You will coordinate training, prepare agreements, and ensure openings are delivered on time, while building a strong partner network.

You will work with the Country Manager Iberia and local teams to drive growth across the franchise network, organising partner events and maintaining proactive communication with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales/business development or franchisee recruitment.
• Self-motivated with high drive to deliver targets.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial – always looking for new ways to find franchise partners.
• Problem solver / solution focused.
• Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with potential franchise partners quickly and easily.
• Fluent Spanish & English (written and spoken).
• Any Asian language skills are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract franchisee candidates and recruit suitable partners.
• Plan and deliver openings of new points of sale within the network.
• Source and find franchise partners to enable growth of the franchise network.
• Coordinate induction training with the local team and training centre managers.
• Prepare franchise agreements and support contract signings.
• Maintain regular communication and progress updates with partners.
