Job summary

KellyDeli Group is seeking a Franchise Development Manager Iberia in Madrid to identify, attract, and select franchise partners while coordinating induction training and ongoing support to ensure successful store openings and sustainable growth.

You will work closely with the Country Manager Iberia, manage a regional partner network, and drive recruitment campaigns across Spain and Portugal, ensuring timely training and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales/business development or franchisee recruitment.
• Self-motivated with high drive to deliver targets.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with potential franchise partners quickly and easily.
• Fluent Spanish & English (written and spoken).
• Any Asian language skills are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract franchisee candidates and present our offering to inform candidates about the opportunity.
• Collaborate with the local team to plan and deliver openings of new points of sale within the network.
• Source and recruit franchise partners to grow the network.
• Manage deadlines and ensure new partners are found and trained to standards for timely openings.
• Track sources of hires and communicate recruitment progress to the local team.
• Prepare franchise agreements and support contract signings and filing of contracts.
• Ensure new Franchise Partners receive welcome packs and training per company standards.
• Coordinate induction training plans and materials with local training centre managers.
• Drive partner e-learning participation and ensure partners are enrolled on the platform.
