Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Franchise Senior Manager for Iberia, based in Madrid, to drive franchise and asset-light growth across Spain & Portugal. You will identify, source, and advance hotel opportunities, working with owners, investors and internal teams to evaluate deals and support execution.

The role emphasizes development, deal sourcing, negotiations and onboarding, with a focus on expanding the pipeline and closing franchise agreements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in hotel development, investment or hospitality consultancy.
• Experience with hotel owners, investors or franchise partners.
• Strong understanding of franchising models.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop & source deals across Iberia including conversions and new developments.
• Build pipeline with owners, investors and advisors.
• Negotiate franchise terms and prepare business cases.
• Coordinate onboarding and handover to Franchise Support.
• Lead deal assessments and strategic market analyses.
