Job summary

ADP in Barcelona seeks a skilled Business Consultant to align customer needs with France product offerings and to support the France Sales team through the sales process. You will guide customers through proofs of concept and coordinate with Implementation and Service teams to deliver payroll and HR services.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in HRIS/Payroll, strong communication, and native French with fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of effective experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native French language; fluent English mandatory.
• Ability to quickly learn procedures and interact with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Client facing activities: understand and align Customer needs with ADP France portfolio; communicate to different audiences; assist HR transformation discussions; deliver expertise on Payroll & HR Services and on technical aspects; perform demos and marketing events.
• Operational Support: answer RFI/RFP, prepare and deliver Sales presentations, collaborate with Implementation, Product, Customer Services; stay updated on product developments; update demo platform.
• Profile: 3+ years in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll; strong HRIS architectures; excellent communication; native French; fluent English; team player and client advisor.
