Infor is seeking a Customer Success Executive for the French market, based in Barcelona, to support French-speaking customers and drive successful adoption of Infor solutions.

You will build trusted relationships, run onboarding, and develop tailored success plans while collaborating with sales, support, and product teams to maximize value and retention.

Native French and English proficiency required; experience in SaaS or enterprise software is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles including Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with SaaS/ERP or enterprise software preferred.
• Native-level French and professional English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of French-speaking customers and develop relationships.
• Lead onboarding and adoption activities to accelerate value realization.
• Create and execute success plans aligned to customer goals.
• Provide proactive guidance to support customer success.
• Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate regular reviews and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support renewal and retention through value delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand use of Infor solutions.
• Share feedback to support continuous improvement.
