Gigs is seeking a Founding Operator to launch and own Spain operations, embedding it into our centralized platform teams and building the business from zero to a compliant, scalable operation.

You will lead regulatory entry, set up entities and billing structures, and coordinate across legal, finance, product, and engineering. The role offers equity upside and the chance to shape Gigs' footprint in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a high-growth tech company.
• Fintech/payments, telecom, or regulated vertical experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end operational and regulatory launch plan for Spain.
• Stand up the operational foundation: legal entity setup, billing and tax structure, data compliance, local ops infra.
• Lead regulatory entry: map required authorizations, build in-country regulator relationships, drive approvals.
• Coordinate across internal teams to align on timelines and readiness for launch.
• Own long-term relationships with local carrier and vendor partners, including SLAs and escalations.
• Build and document the market playbook for faster, smarter launches.
