Open to candidates across Europe. The successful candidate must relocate to Gibraltar or Spain independently, with eligibility for local regulatory approval. You will shape how the business runs and scales in a regulatory environment.

• Experience in regulated environments with governance and risk controls.
• Proven ownership of processes and workflow improvements in regulated settings.
• Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain independently, with eligibility for local approvals.
