Causa Prima is hiring a Marketing Lead to define a new category in autonomous finance. As the founding marketer, you will own the entire function from zero, turning AI agent interactions into a CFO-focused narrative and building the enterprise-grade demand engine.

You will collaborate with the founders to shape the brand, content, events, and ABM programs, growing the global go-to-market from Madrid to Europe and beyond in a fast-paced seed-stage environment.

Formación

• B2B marketing experience in enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience creating new market categories.
• Hands-on AI-native marketer with storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing and positioning, translating complex AI agent interactions into narratives that resonate with CFOs.
• Build and execute the demand generation foundation, including early-stage ABM, content strategy, and account-based groundwork to drive the enterprise pipeline.
• Run all marketing channels hands-on, from web and social to events and activations.
