Murphy AI in Barcelona is seeking a Product Manager to own a core product end to end, acting like a founder in a $300B+ AI market. This founding seat combines strategy, execution, and an outsized mandate for a cutting-edge product in debt recovery across channels.

You will own the lifecycle from strategy to launch, guiding AI agent performance and coordinating with engineers and data scientists to ship high-impact features.

Formación

• Experience taking products 0→1 and scaling them, including end-to-end ownership of roadmap, strategy, and outcomes.
• Strong technical background with ability to work with AI components and data scientists.
• Proactive, data-driven decision maker with a track record of delivering impact.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead cross-functional teams to ship features.

Responsabilidades

• Own a product end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.
• Improve voice AI agent efficiency through experiments on voice, cadence, and script.
• Integrate AI primitives into the product to accelerate delivery.
• Turn services into scalable product offerings for quick bank onboarding.
• Dive deep to uncover root causes and design elegant solutions.
• Inspire and lead engineers and data scientists.
