Causa Prima is seeking a Founders' Associate to work directly with three serial founders, scaling an AI-native fintech from Madrid. The role spans framing strategic business models, managing international financial operations across the US and Europe, and building automated workflows using AI agents.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in high-intensity environments such as top-tier consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or early-stage startups.
• AI-native mindset with experience using coding agents or automation tools.
• Strong ownership and ability to switch between strategic modeling and administrative tasks.

You will work directly with three serial co-founders to scale an AI-native fintech. This high-intensity role spans framing strategic business models, managing international financial operations across the US and Europe, and building automated internal workflows using AI agents. You'll own critical execution from GTM support to fundraising, acting as the primary lever for the founding team.

What You Will Do

• Frame and analyze strategic decisions, such as new market entries and build-vs-partner calls, before the founders commit engineering resources.
• Own financial operations across the US, Germany, and Spain, managing banking, payroll, and automating workflows with AI agents like Claude Code.
• Drive founder leverage by managing investor updates, coordinating recruitment trials, and leading GTM initiatives like partner hackathons and account research.

The ideal candidate

• Brings 3–4 years of experience in high-intensity environments like top-tier consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or an early-stage startup.
• Is genuinely AI-native, with proven experience using coding agents or automation tools to solve complex operational problems in their daily work.
• Demonstrates extreme ownership and the ability to switch between high-level strategic modeling and unglamorous administrative tasks with equal energy.
