Causa Prima is hiring a Marketing Lead to define a new category in autonomous finance. As the founding marketer, you will own the entire function from zero, turning AI agent interactions into a CFO-focused narrative and building the enterprise-grade demand engine.

You will collaborate with the founders to shape the brand, content, events, and ABM programs, growing the global go-to-market from Madrid to Europe and beyond in a fast-paced seed-stage environment.

Join Causa Prima as our founding marketer to define a new category in autonomous finance. Working alongside serial unicorn founders, you will own the entire marketing function from zero, turning technical agentic AI capabilities into a compelling narrative for CFOs while building the demand foundation for a global enterprise motion.

What You Will Do

• Own product marketing and positioning, translating complex AI agent interactions into narratives that resonate with the office of the CFO.
• Build and execute the demand generation foundation, including early-stage ABM, content strategy, and account-based groundwork to drive the enterprise pipeline.
• Run all marketing channels hands-on, from web and social to designing high-impact events like intimate CFO dinners and industry-wide activations.

• Proven B2B marketing background with experience in enterprise or high-stakes, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and considered purchases.
• Demonstrated success in category creation rather than just competitive positioning, showing an ability to educate the market on new technologies.
• A hands-on builder who is AI-native in their workflow and an exceptional storyteller capable of shipping campaigns and landing pages without agency reliance.
