Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ISX Partner Coach (RLS) to drive in-store returns excellence across Spain, coaching partner teams to Amazon standards and translating field insights into scalable EU-wide improvements.

You will travel within Spain, work closely with cross-functional groups, and help shape the early EU ISX program in collaboration with the EU ISX Team. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in operations, field operations, retail, logistics, or program management.
• Ability to use data to drive improvements across a large distributed partner network.
• Experience coaching, influencing, or holding external partners accountable without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and work hands-on in stores.

Responsibilities

• Own the in-store returns experience in Spain across ~14,000 partner and carrier locations; ensure fast, easy, reliable returns.
• Visit partner locations, observe returns handling, and coach partner teams to Amazon's standards for speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Use performance data to identify locations/partners behind and focus improvement efforts where most impact.
• Drive measurable improvement on key metrics: speed of service, processing reliability, customer satisfaction, site readiness.
• Lead rollout of scalable programs across the EU, including signage, store supplies, replenishment, training, and returns tools.
• Shape strategy from field observations; provide recommendations that influence EU-wide returns standards and programs.
• Manage performance-to-resolution through coaching cycles and escalation with internal teams when needed.
• As a founding member, help shape audits, coaching, and reporting processes for EU field operations.
