Factorial IT is seeking a Founding Engineer in Barcelona/Madrid to help redefine AI-powered workflows for a Business Management platform. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, collaborate with a small, scrappy team, and ship features rapidly.

You’ll work with Ruby on Rails on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend, building scalable, cloud-native solutions with an emphasis on reliability and user value.

Formación

• 4+ years in software engineering, with some track record around shipping AI features.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of big initiatives as Founding Engineer and help plan quarterly roadmaps.
• Review code daily and mentor juniors; participate in pull requests.
• Learn from the team in performance, architecture, and core skills; contribute to high engineering quality.
